It’s always a great day when you can combine giving back with doing something you truly love, like capturing special moments through Verona family photography. For the second year in a row, we had the chance to do just that with our ultra mini sessions, and this time, we helped raise over $400 for Verona schools! I am totally stoked about how it all turned out.
This year’s charity event was an absolute blast. We worked with 14 amazing families, and the energy was just electric. There was so much laughter, a ton of running around, big hugs, and more silly faces than I could count. It was pure, unfiltered fun, and capturing those moments is what it’s all about.
More Than Just Pictures: Epic Moments & Community Spirit
Photographing families is a challenge I live for. Every family has its own unique vibe, its own inside jokes, and its own way of showing love. My goal is to capture that authentic spirit. I have a rad little system that helps us get those traditional photos everyone wants for the wall, but it also leaves plenty of room for spontaneity and genuine connection. We create memories together, not just poses.

The Halloween Costume Preview!
One of the coolest parts of the day was hearing about everyone’s Halloween costume plans. Seriously, the creativity was off the charts! I heard about some classic characters I knew and a bunch of new ones that were totally awesome. Every single idea was freaking EPIC, and it got me so excited for the spooky season. It was like getting a sneak peek into all the fun that was about to unfold in the community.
