Madison Capitol Elopement in the Senate Parlor Room
Intimate Madison Capitol Elopement! We adore photographing couples at the Capital Building! It was sad when it was closed for a year or so. It’s such a unique place for couples to elope! And rooms like the Senate Room give an even more unique feel to their day!
The judge for the day was amazing! He put everyone at ease and we would LOVE to work with him again! My favorite moment was after their kiss, their daughter ran up to give them a hug! It was such a special moment!
What do you love most about your partner?
Shaina: He’s hilarious and I’m pretty sure he knows what I’m thinking all the time.
Ryan: She’s very supportive and protective and I love that she wears her heart on her sleeve!
What would your perfect Sunday be together?
Watching 90-day fiance and other highly entertaining garbage TV shows.
What memory stands out most from your wedding day or life together.
Getting married in such a neat venue and gathering our close friends and family together in the same place.
What was the best part of planning your wedding day?
Knowing that we’d finally be married and continue growing together.
In your own words describe your day from the night before your Madison Capitol Elopement to waking up on your first day married?
Obnoxiously worried something would go wrong or we’d forget something important! Waking up the next day it was awesome to just repeatedly say, husband and wife.
What was the greatest challenge in planning your Madison Capitol Elopement?
We had to cancel twice…it was the worst. Thanks, coronavirus! Since we did it twice before and had to cancel, other than over-the-top paranoia that we’d forgotten something we felt prepared. We could have done without coronavirus
What personal touches did you add to make your wedding your own?
Our rings are non-traditional and have special meaning to us.
How do you feel about your decision to go with Natural Intuition Photography?
We feel great about it! They were both funny, easy to work with, and great with everyone
