Palm Springs Elopement near Palm Springs and Joshua Tree
A laid-back Palm Springs Elopement just outside of Joshua Tree National Park! The day called for rain, so we shifted to a more relaxed ceremony! Family and friends sat inside the living room while the couple got married on the veranda! It only sprinkled that day, but it felt more like Colleen and Ryan that it was moved to the living room!
It was such a chill morning while everyone got dressed! All the amazing ladies were in and out of Colleen’s room while the gents relaxed in the game area! Colleen and Ryan’s dogs were loved by all and were never short of pets! They also kept a close eye on the birds landing outside the room!
Their rad friend who officiated the ceremony customized it to Colleen and Ryan’s favorite songs and TV shows! It was the freaking best! This is why it’s so awesome to have a family member or friend officiate your wedding, and it adds such a personalization you can’t get with someone you hire!
The reception was filled with celebration!
Everyone loved the tacos; we even ran out of tequila before dinner started! Everyone was just ready to celebrate! When it came time to dance, everyone understood the assignment! One of the best things about destination elopements is you are surrounded by most of your favorite people! These are the people that are over the moon excited you got married! Everyone is stoked to dance the night away with you till their legs can’t anymore!
Besides an amazing Palm Springs Elopement, they had a relaxing rehearsal dinner where we all got to know each other. Every morning we had breakfast together and embraced the California Sunshine! The day after their wedding day was even more chill! Brunch was freshly made, and we enjoyed it outside in the sunshine! While the rest of the day was spent playing volleyball and chilling in the pool! Another reason why you should have a destination elopement! OR make a whole weekend out of it to celebrate!
