Anniversary Session at Olin Park in Madison Wisconsin
I just simply love it when couples book an anniversary session! It means they want to celebrate their love for each other! You don’t have to wait for a major milestone in your relationship for a session! Do it now! Hire us as your Anniversary Photographer!
I have said it a million times by now, but you should get photos taken EVERY SINGLE YEAR! Also, do not wait for the holidays for this to happen! Get one on the calendar today!
Why? Well, it’s because you change every year! You grow together and you should celebrate another year together!
Especially since COVID quarantined us and we didn’t see a single soul for two months! If you came out of that still in love with your partner, celebrate that with a photo session!
Let’s get to know this amazing couple, who has the raddest Komondor Dog!
When did you know you had fallen in love with your partner?
We’re not sure when we started dating, or when we fell in love. We just hung out a bunch and then one day Jason said, “in my heart, you’re my girlfriend.” Neither of us remembers when that was but, sometime in the spring, maybe around Cinco de Mayo?
We had our first kiss shortly after that and then before the semester ended Jason told me that he loved me and we parted for the summer. I went to be a camp counselor in Colorado and we wrote letters all summer. We both knew that we would end up getting married.
What do you like to do together as a couple?
We are very eclectic. We like to backpack and travel together, making desserts, wine nights (duh), league of legends, reading, budgeting!, walking our pup, watching youtube videos of insanely expensive houses, smoking pipes/cigars, Jason loves going dress shopping for me, we are huge cuddlers. We also are independent and sometimes just do our own thing but in the same room.
What as a couple has been your biggest challenge?
When we first got married we lived in a 900 square foot 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment with 2 cats and 2 of our groomsmen for roommate (new girl style). It was a challenge. There was not a lot of space, but we cleaned while listening to the Prince of Egypt soundtrack and made the most of it. At the end of it, we had paid off our student loans!
