Why Lucilles? For Thomas and Emma, it wasn’t just any old place. It was where they had their first date! A charming speakeasy tucked away in the basement of Lucille’s in Madison became the backdrop for their engagement. With the help of the awesome crew at Lucille, we transformed this beloved spot into a romantic haven.
Candles? Check. Flowers? Check. The song “Emma” by Taylor Swift queued up and ready to play when they walked in. Double check. The only thing left was for Justin and me to hide and wait for the grand moment!
Talk about high stakes! We were crouched in the shadows, cameras poised, hearts pounding as Thomas led Emma into the beautifully decorated room. The music started, and Thomas was down on one knee just like that. Click, click, snap! We burst from our hiding spots and captured Emma’s sheer joy and surprise. Genuine emotions like that?
