The biggest thing I love about when I put Mini’s Sessions out there, is I get a HUGE mixture! It makes it so much fun photographing couples, families, and brands! I love that people KNOW they need to get photos taken! To capture where they are, who they are for any reason! It makes me soo happy!

This woman is a beautiful soul that shines brightly from within for sure! Also, I freaking LOVED her dress!!! We had so much fun talking about fashion, the past two years, and laughing so much!

Favorite memory from the past two years?

This is a hard one! I had always wanted to work from home but never had the type of job to allow me the luxury. So, when everyone was working from home at the beginning of the pandemic, I decided to take advantage of the situation. Especially without knowing how long working from home would last.

Each morning, I would start my day with a walk around the city and share pictures from my walk on my FB page. A family friend living in Red Banks, MS, asked if she could join me via Facetime. I said yes, not really knowing how that would work or even what to expect.

So, each morning before starting my workday, Mona and I would walk together via facetime, and we had SO much fun! Now mind you, Mona is retired and, at that time, in her late sixties. I have to admit, and it was the one thing I missed the most when going back into the office.

We also got to see Karen from Grasshopper Goods again!

We have photographed Karen and her business Grasshopper Goods for a few years! First, meeting when we photographed her daughter’s wedding! Which is still our most memorable day! Read why here!

It was so rad to capture photos for her new podcast and her teaching profile! She wanted to ensure we captured her personality, which is filled with so much positivity it’s contagious! She offers mentoring to small business owners along with selling some of the raddest goods I have seen!
