Hey there, adventurous souls and laid-back lovers of life! I’m on the hunt for some incredible people to join me for a series of free photography sessions throughout the year.
Yep, you read that right—FREE sessions (up to $950 in savings!) where we’ll create magic together in some of the most meaningful, authentic, and downright fun ways possible.
Think of it as a collaboration where we bring your story to life while I get to experiment with some creative ideas I’ve been dreaming up.
If you’re someone who loves nature, authentic experiences, and meaningful moments, this is your sign to jump in. Let’s make some unforgettable memories together!
What’s the Catch?
Okay, here’s the deal:
- The sessions are free, but if you’re outside the Madison or Lake Mills, Wisconsin, area, travel costs apply ($50 per hour, round trip).
- Studio sessions will require you to cover studio fees ($75–$150/hour).
- You’ll need to sign a contract (because, you know, legal stuff).
- And lastly, you’ve got to be cool with me using the images on social media and for my portfolio.
How to Be Part of These Sessions
It’s super simple! Just apply by heading to the contact page below. Let me know which session you’re interested in, and we’ll take it from there.
The Free Sessions I’m Offering
Here’s what I’ve got planned. If one of these ideas speaks to your soul, let’s make it happen:
1. Camp Session
Think glamping vibes at Camp Kettlewood or Camp Elsewhere, or even a cozy tent camping setup. Perfect for couples or families who love the great outdoors and want to capture those peaceful, starry-night feels.
2. Chill at Home Session – CLOSED
This one’s all about the simple joys of being together. Whether it’s making cookies, snuggling on the couch, or just being your authentic selves, this session is perfect for families, couples (engagement or anniversary), or maternity. Minimal posing, maximum connection.
3. Modern Headshots in the Woods
Picture this: a sleek, skinny backdrop set up in the middle of the woods. It’s a fresh, modern take on headshots that’s perfect for anyone looking to update their portraits with a little extra flair.
4. Family Session with White Sheets
Imagine a clothesline of white sheets blowing in the breeze, creating a dreamy, timeless backdrop for your family or maternity session. This one’s all about soft, natural vibes.
5. Library/Bookstore Session
Calling all book lovers! Let’s capture your story in a cozy library or bookstore (Leopold’s, anyone?). This session is perfect for couples or families who feel most at home surrounded by stories.
6. Urban Anniversary Session
This one’s for couples celebrating an anniversary or renewing their vows. We’ll hit up the farmer’s market on the square, grab flowers, explore the Capitol, sip coffee, and maybe even end the day with pizza and drinks on State Street. It’s a love story in the heart of the city.
7. Farm Session with Animals – CLOSED
For couples or families who adore animals and the charm of farm life, this session is a dream. Think cuddles with goats, feeding chickens, or just soaking up the rustic beauty of a farm setting.
Why I’m Doing This
I’ve been a wedding and elopement photographer for over a decade, and one thing I’ve learned is that the best photos come from real, meaningful moments. These sessions are my way of pushing creative boundaries while giving back to the amazing people who inspire me every day.
But there’s more to it than that. I want to be able to create and get creative while giving rad humans photos they’ll absolutely love. As a photographer, I’m always striving to grow and evolve, ensuring my creative side is fed so that my clients get more and more awesomeness from me. These sessions are as much about you as they are about keeping my passion alive and thriving.
So, if you’re ready to create something bold, modern, and emotionally rich, let’s do this. I can’t wait to hear your story and turn it into something unforgettable.
