I was overjoyed when I got the email from Whitney telling me that they were expecting. Along with that good news, they were coming home and needed their new family photographed. They rented a little cabin in Northern Wisconsin for a month, where I met them. This little place was adorable – and WAY bigger on the inside than it looked on the outside. I drove up to this little cabin scoping out all the spots that had windows because it was a cloudy day and needed all the light I could get. As soon as I walked in and they took me upstairs I was wowed! Wo cute and a beautiful place to spend a month in Wisconsin!

As most parents, they wanted photos to have for generations. To show their little one how much they were loved in their first days. A photo to keep on their nightstand. To give to their parents and grandparents. These photos are filled with so much love, happiness, and hope for the amazing future ahead.

Their session was a short and sweet one where we captured their little man in all his emotions. Little Eliyah Taher was the happiest when he was held. He didn’t want to be far from Mom and Dad – which was the sweetest thing!

This family session is one of my favorites to date. The mood, the light, the love Whitney and Hisham share for their little man. I hope to see this amazing family again and capture their family grow!
